LOL, that is old news Smith.. Good find though..... They have been dually lists since before the new management took over. It happens really often that the3se small caps get listed on the German exchanges.

The laws in Germany don't protect the company and any company at any time can be listed without a companies permission. Thus was the case with MDOR.

Ya from what I understand the German SEC or version of the SEC is a joke. Not that our SEC is much better. A joke here from my experience LOL.
