Even if they maxed out the 500m a/s ..so what. To pay off notes and insiders are issued some is to be expected on a start up company. As long as revenues/earnings come through.

ASFX float calculation using OBV from the FMR chart: All drops of the OBV from June to date totaled 67,000,000 shares.
Caculated float by OBV is 67M + 35M (report 11 June) = 102M
The reason the total is different from the IBOX is because of registered shareholder buying as the MM was distributing shares when the OBV up-sloped.

In the link: timeframe 1 year; lower indicator to OBV. use dragging mouse to pull in the figures. To get the first batch of numbers use 1 June (highpoint) to 1 August (lowpoint) and subtract, keep repeating highpoints & lowpoints and add all the totals.

There are 139,238,026 shares issued and outstanding and 35,011,462 free trading as of June 11, 2008. Additionally, there are 333 active holders."
