I hate to say it but Witchhouse is right. There will be no repercussions against this company by any agency.


WARNING:
There is only one way to stop companies from using the Reverse Split and
that will be hard to get done. Anyone with enough shares after the split
will need to promote the company with hopes of some sort of recovery of their
investment. I think they know they won't recover but sometimes its hard to let go.
As long as the company can Reverse Split, make their company
look appealing again and entise newcomers they will survive gain and again.

It will take a great effort on the part of people that have been fleeced by
these companies to keep the information fresh as to what this and other
Reverse Splitters have done to honest folk that believed in them.
