This is a portion of a 401k I use for trend 'follow trend' trades so I cant short. Using sso/sds works fine as I stay neutral about 30-50% of the time.

My point in the previous post was at brief sentiment extremes they do not accurately price properly compared to the index they are attempting to track. There may be an opportunity to make some small $$ when this happens.
