How long does Peter have before the application must be made for a new CUSIP and symbol ? From what you are saying it sounds like the RS can happen anytime. Tomorrow, next week, next month , or even next year ?

Basically , THERE IS NO TIME RESTRICTION . That is even better than 90 days.
