When did otcreporter pick up HIRU?

Doesn't seem to be getting much attention from them. Somebody wasted $10k for this? Not sure why. Anybody know if emails went out or any kind of promotion?

Looks like OTCReporter.com sent out an alert on HIRU on January 8th when share price was .03.

You would think for $10,000 otcreporter would have done more than one alert for HIRU, especially since price has dropped 66% since they alerted it!

Looks like whoever paid them that much got ripped off.
