that..and possibly also...the spike apparently occured at the time when a rumor was spreading across the floor of a raised terror alert.
Also, i believe i saw a broadcast that the Saudi's made comments that price of oil has fallen enough.

i actually think the better opportunities will be on the buying side in the next week or so...worst case, hoping 1448 (previous low and fib 50% retracement) holds and draws a higher low.

toneo, it does look like crude has just made it's nominal 20 wk cycle low, with one more 20 wk cycle before the important 80 wk nest of cycle lows. aside from some small daily cycles, no upside price projections are available and if pseudo trend has weakened we may not see much of a rally. just too soon to tell.
