It says 90 days to file on the form and that would be March 11th. The Dividend shares I hear are to be distributed somewhere between February and March 2009.

Excuse Me for Cutting In But I Personally Do Not think they Convert Till March 1 2009. This is of Course Just My Opinion and I am Not a Lawyer ;o)
