I'm sure this is illegal but the burden of proof is too costly and time consuming.
Orderly market, the SEC is so swamped with complaints that I'll never see an orderly market in my lifetime.
Found this site and bookmarked it but I haven't had the time to go through it, it may come in handy someday.
