This is my thoughts, CYGX has a lot of good news in the making they want to raise funds with as little dilution as possible they are looking to raise 18 million dollars .What if the timing is all set to release PRs in a way that the price will go up big just in time for the institutional investor to buy say 5 million shares at $3.60 a share. Could they be buying their time ,they know they have something special and unique ,CEO said this year is our break out year. I believe we will look back in a few month and we will kick ourselves for not buying more .Just remember the news will be fantastic to do this.
That is why they are going for 18 million instead of the 3 millon they originally talked about for the lab ,they have to have something incredible and I just might be lowballing myself with the $3.60 amount. Just thinking and hoping.
