$12,000 is an awful lot of money on a monthly basis for a company running a tight ship and no current sales to speak of, as witnessed by the 1st and 2nd quarter financials. IMO, I think it suggests that CYRX is on the verge of some significant revenue stream, otherwise I don't believe they could afford to pay such a salary.
The other positive sign, the .84 warrants. 68% out of the money. I would think most would look for warrants already in the money.
