Your dead on about an exception. this could certainly be a reason for picking that particular law firm. If they showed [Contracts to purchase] of 5 times 750k over 3 years that would certainly do it. I agree about the R/S that is really something that I would consider very very very wrong for the loyal shareholders. Lee owns alot of shares so a R/S for him is fine. the thing is VUOC trades at buck.. Was it painted by the company to go that price? They make ZERO revenue and from what i can find have no contracts as PSPM does and Yet it still trades for over a dollar. granted the volume is poor. But you get my drift. I would expect to see a closing today of 16cents? However may be til next week for a 16cent closing. Lee's V webtv spot will be put on alot of google penny forums..
