The point that I was raising is that the reason given for setting up 141 Capital was that there had to be a legal separation between the system developer (Spooz) and the trading organization (141 Capital). If that is still true, then 141 needs Spooz to stay in business because 141's trading systems are built on Spooz's platforms and changing to someone else's would sink them IMO.
