That's BS! They don't have to sell billions of shares to pay for the 40 million loan. This is simply misleading.
A $40 million loan can be paid either with 40 million shares at $1 or with 4 Billion shares at $0.01 and even though the current situation tends more to the second option than to the first scenario, no one has a clue of what is GNTA's current share structure. Therefore making statements such as "GNTA's float will be flooded with billions of shares" it's just pure mumbo-jumbo.
