Here with EXTO, I understand the risks of them achieving their goals just by them being a penny stock alone. However, some of the things that are being mentioned and not confirmed, such as dilution and other talks of that nature, are far from the truth. This is not me talking. This is confirmed from the "FACTS."

The share structure has been decreasing which is the opposite of dilution and yet some still state such foul. Maybe it's too early to start believing that EXTO is going to the moon with its new direction, but I also think that it is too early to start playing the dilution card from what has been discovered as "FACTS."
