it would make no sense if they r/s. why would they retire shares before rs? even a person without a brain knows that their is no rs!!yea lets retire 40mil shares/15% of OS just to rs in few weeks...not how it works! if they were to r/s they would of issued more shares not the other way around! i cant even believe people are even talking about this. GLTA!!
