The wording in the initial two paragraphs of the TXN PR is “interesting”, giving the positive spin that TXN is the “winner”.
It appears that a closer read shows just the opposite>>>

2. “The court is expected to consider Qualcomm's claims for damages based on a non-material breach at a trial scheduled to begin August 16.” (TXn's disclosure of information regarding terms of a patent cross-license agreement)
It appears that TXN did breach the terms of their cross-license agreement, but that indications are that that breach was “not material”, with damages still to be determined.
