The wording in the initial two paragraphs of the TXN PR is “interesting”, giving the positive spin that TXN is the “winner”.
It appears that a closer read shows just the opposite>>>

It appears that TXN did breach the terms of their cross-license agreement, but that indications are that that breach was “not material”, with damages still to be determined.
