From what I have read, and not seeing any dividends being posted on the daily list for WAMPQ, I believe that dividends are not being paid while in bankruptcy.

No, they did not pay DEC 15, interest/divi and wont pay them until they come out of BK, thats part of the BK protection. The divi is non-cumlitive meaning the past due ones dont stack up. Once out of BK protection, they will be reinstated.
