What do you thinks is the probability of 2MB Opteron (90nm)?

Dual core makes it kind of redundant. Why add ~50% die size to gain 5% when you can add ~100% and gain 50 to 80% in performance?

It may be possible if AMD ever figures out to make smaller SRAM cell...
