I respect your point of view REAZO, but it is speculation.

Hemi has actually proven nothing that the public can hold them to legally.

Hemi could have bought more affordable vehicles and could have rented office space in a cheaper location if they were such a tight ship concerning overhead.

Someone said they doubt the folks at the XTO office down the street would know much if anything about any dealing between XTO and Hemi.

So then what's the point of having offices closes to the XTO offices. Fluff maybe?

I also believe the price of oil will eventually go up but record oil prices didn't make a difference in the Hemi pps so why think it will happen this time around without Hemi showing us the goods?

Although 12% up is very little, the bid moved up to .009. Not sure if it's a good sign or not, but Fidelity has the bid at .10 and ask at .012.

Regarding Hemi's sale of its Immigrant Gap lease (PR'd, 10/08/08), President and CEO Keith A. Anderson issued this statement "The divestiture of the Immigrant Gap property will allow the company to fund and execute a multi well Horizontal drilling program on our Woodson County KS properties., would someone help me find Immigrant Gap? I have been able to locate an application to drill in Emigrant Gap, Narona county, Wyoming, but no Immigrant Gap!
