I had thought of that, but I can't really understand why... If they are embarrassed about their supplier selection - what does that say? If they are publically owned, how do they make a $37m commitment, without disclosure? Then there is the impact of secrecy on XSUNX, the stock price is going the wrong way, which is not a good direction if you are counting on getting your $37m worth of panels......
As I'm now suffering through the impact of 'deal collapse' with Dow Chem., I can't help but let a little more suspicion into an already paranoid financial situation.
