Who knows. No financials for a year, no mention of late uplist, no nothing. And people still buy trusting in Gene. Baffles me too BD2004.

I read that PR as well, and not even in my initial reading did I think he meant we would be uplisting in 3rd quarter. He said info regarding it would be available 3rd quarter.

A much smaller infraction wouldn't you say....any investing involves a certain level of trust. I don't begrudge Gene a little extra time, especially considering what happened to the markets this fall.
