Counting the hours til the PR comes out tomorrow AM @ lets say 8:13 am Eastern./ I wonder what it will be?

PR should read that financing is in place and is closing on or before FEB 09!!!! {I can dream can't I?}.

I do not want anymore PR's of prospective Windfarms in 09 UNTIl we have Financing closed on what already have. Financing in place. I look at JUHL that has a 1/3 of the contracts for MW as Welwind and it has awful volume but trades at 2.15, up a dollar ON NO News in two weeks.

Based upon the last Three up trends of 08, Can we expect another boost in late Feb or early march>?

The Obama effect and an actual [Financing CLOSED] could make a huge impact for Welwind. larry if your reading this post, Get the financing asap. Make it happen, provide restricted shares to the Angels that loan you financing. Chop Chop./
