Welcome to PCIR - I think you are getting in nice and early. PCIR has started its audit to get uplisted, new website up and running, recent RS to eliminate most of debt and 75% or so of the less than 100,000,000 outstanding is restricted. 2009 could get interesting!

Between .01 and .06 is a great buy-in area. This is a more of a buy at the low - HOLD - and sell at the high. We should have a short wait for payoff with the float being so low.
