Perhaps a topic more relative for Hemi that include the current events and actions of Hemi Energy would develop a more engaging discussion on Hemi.

This IMO would allow all Hemi participants to be involved in a current discussion of Hemi and get a better understanding of the direction Hemi is heading involving SEK for 2009.

I mean if you really cut to the chase, how do events of 6-8 years ago have any bearing on Hemi today? It is what it is and nobody can change the past.

IMO any direct DD on Hemi and the actions of Hemi & Hemi Management would be more relevant starting in 2005 when Hemi really came about. At least for spending time purposes that is a 3 year window of information that is directly related to Hemi and is very easy to access.

More importantly, IMO actions that Hemi is doing today are the actions that will have a direct and immediate impact on the Hemi of tomorrow. IMO these are the variables that individuals can still control whether it is a potential Hemi shareholder making a decision to become a shareholder or Hemi Management taking the next action steps involving a very clear business plan and strategy that is posted on the Hemi Website.

As an example, one very interesting on going action and project of Hemi is the current SEK -Woodson County Section 28 (Silvey lease site) horizontal drilling project.

The action is the completed process of the formal application being deliver by Hemi to the KCC as of 12/01/08 with a confirmed 01/22/09 hearing by the KCC for the Hemi approval for this project.

The project is a horizontal drill covering ~2000 ft on Section 28. This Hemi lease site is surround by Hemi's most productive wells; Reno, Tebbins, Bennett and Purcell

Do you have an opinion on Exhibit "C" of the Hemi horizontal drilling project application sent that is now posted on the KCC website?

Or an opinion how this Exhibit "C" ties into the creeks and topography of this proposed area on the Woodson County Silvey lease?

Again, let me save some time and provide the documents for the above questions as posted on the KCC website. Certainly more interesting than scanning some 2000 posts on from a site that now longer exists.

IMO this would seem to be a much better area of interest for the Hemi shareholder that is interested in Hemi Energy of today that you seem to be so concerned about.

Surely you too must have an opinion or insight to this upcoming Hemi horizontal drilling project.

Lazyeye, I have read thru many of Keith's postings of the past and I am very impressed by the intelligence of our CEO. Kels is right when he says that we need to be concerned about the present day Hemi and all that is happening. I am greatful for you showing me the postings for now I have an increased respect for the man at the helm of Hemi.
