that means the physical conversion date was 12/31

you had to give 3 weeks notice prior to 12/31 to ensure your conversion will be accepted

the company's t/a should know by now how many people/shares requested to be converted from common to pref

Nothing except, he stated that you can get your certs. in three weeks and you still had time to get them to the T/A.

There was a lot of talk on the board and other boards on the timing and then it was extended and wasn't PR right away.
