Your guess is as good as mine Walter and would also hope that it is a temporary situation. Shores either has something in the works or he doesn't. If he doesn't and the way this situation has gone down will certainly not help his image.

Re. What is the value of TXPO without these Siemens team?
IMO, until there are significant ONT sales TXP would have a better valuation without Iphotonics simply because they would not have the OPEX of Iphotonics and assuming they eliminated YA with the sale of that division.

As ex-MSFT, I can tell you that most OEMs and software companies virtually shut down the last several weeks of December.

By no stretch am I saying that is what has happened with the Siemens Team, but it is possible they were on "vacation" during that period.
