Yes, I did read it carefully...basically Steve said that the company has no idea on the penalty issue...he says that they went into this Registration process with the best of intentions and tried their best....lots of ten dollar words...like a Milky Way candy bar....looks great on the surface, but a lot of air in the middle.
Again, Steve Haag can send all the emails he wants, but the company needs to make a clear, concise, non ambiguous communication to its loyal shareholders about it's current status going forward. (just like any uplisted company would be required to).
I'm still long...but that doesn't mean I am happy with Management
