Sorry you got such a cheezy answer. Maybe your asking the wrong people.

I have never gotten a cheezy answer when I ask my CDCH questions. Of course I have learned not to mix cheese with wine. And I seem to ask the right non-cheezy answer people about CDCH.

How much property CDCH owns is answered on the CDCH website. Before 4/2007 CDCH had approx 270 hectors. In April of 2007 they announced the addition of an additional 1440 hectors. With the addition of the last group of properties added (Columbo 1 thru 4) it brings the total up to 2490 hectors subject to final mapping and surveying of the properties. Just look at the website under News tab.
