Well since CDCH has no income nor has had any income it goes without saying that the officers and others have paid the bills out of their own pockets for years.
Its public knowledge that Bill Buchanan lets CDCH use his office building to run the company from. I verified that in person by visiting the building in the past. Any shareholder or potential shareholder can do the same.
That means to me that they believe in the company and put their OWN money into the company awaiting the JV.
The officers of CDCH paying the bills can be verified if you wish by calling CDCH and asking. Its not some deep dark secret.
So by doing the DD you can conclude that other bills like lawyer bills etc. are waiting to be paid once the JV money comes through since CDCH does not have income. That is also public as is everything in this post if you do the DD.
If you wanted to really find the documents that verify J.J. paying property taxes etc. for CDCH and MDMN you could probably find those somewhere in the Chilean paperwork.
Or a much easier way was attending the last two AGM meetings like I did and ask questions or listen to answers from company officers of MDMN and CDCH in a public forum.
Not rocket science thus collateral is being held for payment and that's it in a nutshell. Non issue period.
It appears to me that the people owned money by CDCH are trusting of CDCH since they have not sold the shares into the market.
Of course don't believe me or anything I say...call the number listed in the IBOX and talk to the company officers as to the details you wish to know and they should share any information with you that is available publicly.
