Well, here is the problem. Like I posted before the previous reverse split, the debentures convert at .001 and since the debentures don't split adjust, the sp will gravitate toward .001 no matter how many RS's Adam does.
Now this could all change if shareholders are willing to gobble up those converted shares at much higher prices than .001, but that would require that Adam actually creates a profitable company here. So far we have seen, Adam take business trips to Vegas and other nice places, he has shown us a complete business failure of selling those ionic lightbulbs. Now Adam is dreaming of the catchmop revolution. IMO not enough to get the investors worked up and when they look at the negative $1.4 million shareholders equity, I doubt they will want to throw money into this pink sinkhole.
There is good news in all of this, as the company is now pink, Adam won't have to publish the bad news any more. Of course, being kept in the dark is another investment philosophy all together.
