I think John Unwin had Kaitrade when he moved here from the UK. He kept the company (or Spooz bought it out) when he started with Spooz. I think he was consulting with Spooz when he first moved over here. His company (or one of them) was called Kaitrade or at least he was using that name for a website.
You can verify this by going to www.unwin.com or Google Unwin.com and go back to 2007 or earlier.
I'm know Jim Hensel was working for Spooz last June when I was at the SHM, but that doesn't mean he couldn't have been moonlighting with John at Kaitrade, too.
Frankly, I think everybody is making a mountain out of a molehill with all this wild speculation about Jim "dumping" Spooz. I'm also pretty amused by all of the speculation about Spooz "giving the store away" to Kaitrade. It's a business arrangement and there isn't a damn thing any of you can do about it for cripes sakes (unless you want to vote out the management and BOD - good luck with that). Relax and let this thing play out!!!
