The judge should of done something by now to force frank. like jail.

Needdiamonds, post-judgment the labor board would file a citation for discovery of assets. If Frank has no assets in his name, there is nothing for him to disclose and nothing to seize. Though the labor board got a judgment against Olsen, I doubt very much anything is in his real name. He is a life-long scammer and knows how to work the system.
