WOW!!! Can you imagine us going to west africa and telling them that we can build the system for 154 million dollars!!! The reality is that while this system is taunted as sustainable for 3 years, obviously does not even work correctly. Hmmm.. I think Puro's cost just a little less doesn't it? LOL!!! We are not building a system to take to Mars!!! LOL...
