I guess not. Well, so much for "contacts". Like you said, TBCO is just a shell. Who knows what they will drum up next.

They are still Caveat Emptor at Pinksheets.com. They have had more than an ample period to fix that. The name changed to TBCO, but the root of the company didn't change a lick.

Did they actually ever get an office or are they still working from home?
