nopper.....got caught
bailed partly last night
the rest this morning

will be out of the market till all of that settles
there will be more 10-K's coming
with the same message.......out of money.....fixing to fold my doors......being de-listed......dropping to lower listing
when that happens........it's gonna affect the entire market....IMVHO</b.

another reason.....I will be fixing up one of my rentals so it can be rented
gutting the bath room and kitchen
going back in with new fixtures and newly remodeled with central heat & air
