yeah the banks are scandalous. It is sickening really what they have been allowed to get away with. In the meantime I went long the AUD/USD at 69 even ouch the USD seems to be rallying across the spectrum other than against oil and I don't know about Gold.
Chase is f'ed up! Here's what they did to me. I have a great credit score myself, chase serviced my student loan, I received a letter in the mail stating that Chase will no longer be servicing student loans and that I would have to find a new lender. Wells Fargo gladly obliged at 6%. Check with them maybe.
