Explain your conventional financing. You stated debentures, but they are made when there is assurance in the minds of buyers that company will buy them back. CPST is still operating in the red, pps bouncing of the bottom of a long decline; unlikely scenario for debentures.


The $1.92 warrant offering(offered above that number) could be viewed as dilution I suppose,and indeed, the pps fell on the news, but we are on the bottom side of that offering(below the $1.92) and the market collapse and very long period of naked shorting and decline of the pps. If $ are needed, I see that type of scenario as insiders buying obviously sees this is bottom.

Insider buys are definitely NOT insignificant, more so their holdings.

You are calling for a tank to .45? I don't think so. CPST down now because of EOY. New year, new legs. You are looking to scare out the newbies to grab the cheapies. Simple as that....

Huge Dilution on the shelf set up like insider convertible
debenture financing @ 150 million plus shares .... very sad news
I would like to i o the bank by now for conventional financing !

Your absolutely right! However conventional financing is next to impossible these days. The company has over $600 Mil in accumulative deficits so even with a strong economy conventional financing is a huge risk here.
