They knew all along way in advance about this filing.They could have waited until after the filing was done before they bought shares and they would have paid much less. All I can say is that I am very dissapointed in the way they pulled this financing stunt on us shareholders. We are the ones paying the company debts now. Better hope for blockbuster PR's to keep us from sinking more in 09.
