TSTC after a quick glance looks absolutely beautiful. But so do so many other stocks located in China with 100% Chinese officers. The problem is that nobody trusts China stocks because of so many scams that came out of there. If they start buying back shares or paying a dividend, then it's a game changer.
Besides, TSTC has $56 million in accounts receivable and only $8 million in sales last Q? What's up with that? I'm not sure I've ever seen a receivable that old and uncollected before.
