Well, let's play a little conspiracy theory game:

Shareholder letter which announced ADMIXMAP referenced Chakraborty and Kondragunta was still in good standing.

About time Kondragunta exited DNAPhenomics appeared. What do you think of possibility of Kondragunta setting up his own DNAP in Malaysia.

In the meantime, fearing they'd been compromised, they turned to McKeigue--they may be fudging a little on earliest time of collaboration--because his mathematics superseded Chakraborty, and it cuts the legs out from under DNAPhenomics.
