The Abu Dhabi's fell for same deceitful scheme as the Kuwaiti's.

Dow Chemical is a viable functioning company. It's not reasonable to put them in the same category as AMD.

Professor, deceitful scheme aside, I was alluding more to the underlying economics of the deal being in jeopardy.
