rm does not mean reverse split???
So, when blvd says it's reverse merging into dvlb (they'll make something up, I'm sure) and states your million shares of blvd will now equal to 100 shares dvlb because of a 10,000 to 1 reduction to facilitate the merger (happens over 95% of pinks).
Of course, your 100 shares of dvlb will be worth maybe 15 cents pps, for about 2 days. Then the pps will dive while you are waiting for the new shares to settle in your broker account if you're retail cash. Why, because everyone except the longs know this to be an empty shell and will try to dump to recoup there losses. Over 90% of the time a reverse merger by a pink shell is most certainly a reverse split by any other name.
