When SOLM wins and with Toyota having 1.5 B shares at 66.37 and to save face from public embarassment in Japan as this theft from SOLM would ruin the Japanese honor of the company Toyota would want to settle this quickly as they could afford the pay off with their shares to SOLM of a one to one ratio for a complete buyout. I expect to see some Toyotas high officals being fired to save face and to protect their company image and not to lose any Japanese customers to Honda subaru ect. I am glad I found this Ben ... This incident should be very big as Japan newspapers will eat this alive. I'm a Yankee fan and Japan media treats Hideki Matusui like a super hero rock star and on his every move that he makes due to his outstanding baseball performance and his oldfashion quiet nature personality. This Toyota incident is going to create an EXPLOSION in Japans media and they know it. Plus I'm going to check the web in Japan to see if their is any news about toyota court date in the US.

Ben I am not up to date do you or fivestar know if they are going to go after toyota on Camry and lexus RX 400H Hybrid vehicles see post 009 also on Highlander see post 0127 if Solomon wins this case. If so you might have to do more calculation.LOL
