No doubt there may be others out there who may be trying to imitate the product. Still, we are on the sales floor of Walgreens and Babies R Us. I doubt the others are but competition is good. As long as we sell $millions in revs.

bear - take a look at the tecnimed web site. You'll see that there are actually two versions of the Thermofocus.

There's a 3 button one for the home and a 2 button one. There's two different model numbers.

KidzMedz has rights to sell the 3 button one - with an exclusive reseller agreement in the USA to retail instutitions. Remember the whole Barrington Ventures deal, where they were selling to non-professional places? Well, apparently some people either have acquired the 2 button one from non-KidzMedz resellers or acquired some from Barrington.

These folks have a couple for sale. Anyone can sell on Amazon. In fact, I could go buy 10 from Walgreens, mark it up, and sell it on amazon if I want under the ThermoFocusRocksStore!
