The Canadian exchange. After watching both for the last couple of years they seem to move with each other so not really an advantage owning one over the other. POM has always stayed a little higher but the percentages are the same in most cases.
I bought POM but only because I believe that the Greenback will decrease in value in comparison to the Loonie. Canada is not going to have to flood the market with their dollar like the US has to. The Canadian market fundamentals look much more stable, and when commodities come back, the Loonie should benefit greatly. Aside from that I would anticipate the two of them to increase at roughly the same percentages.
