Snake -

And you have to consider this--

Management has been EXTREMELY quiet with regards to what is going on. I know for a fact, lawyers try to keep you from making public statements...so if something is brewing, and lawyers are involved, they will keep everyone "tight-lipped"/"gagged".

This is speculation, but makes sense.

Management has a TALL ORDER of "explaining" to do. IR and comm plan is poor too!

See you at THE 10Q!

I would love nothing more than to eat crow. A lot of good people here have a lot invested. Now, as far as jail time, I doubt it. I follow quite a few of the pumper crews around and look at a ton of PRs on some turd stocks and WOW, the balls on some of those CEOs are amazing. I am sure you guys are aware of HKBV and FFGO just to name a couple. The releases are nothing short of unbelievable. But the way it is worded and the Harbor statement usually will take care of just about anything they want to say. Besides, they could be completely accurate and it is because of "xyz doing abc which was out of the companies control" There was a huge build up on the Sep Q which was totally anticlimactic. The numbers were ok but they stated the dilution. Then the arguments ensued on the dilution being necessary and that the shares were restricted and it's a billion dollar company etc etc. Yet the share price is the same 3 months later. I expect much of the same on the 15th. Again I hope I am wrong and I once again can play the channels here but I am afraid it will be business as usual.

Snake,

Good post...

"intentionally trying to trap a short is an SEC violation"

Maybe this is why 13(g)s are being voluntarily filed? The filers can't be more obvious as to their intentions than that.
