Maybe it's because they need too much to worry about. If in fact we do get the ball rolling next week it may not make much of a difference in how little they are able to cover in the next week or so. To cover they must buy AND sell to try to keep the price down. When it goes, they won't have that opportunity, it's buy , buy, buy. JMO but I think they will cover low and slow for as long as they are able.
could they have made an agreement with SPNG? let us cover and we will leave the stock alone even after it goes up to value? SPNG goal is to make it to AMEX, NASDAQ, etc, and that requires a stable price way above what it is currently. can agreements be made with these brokers to let them be if they are allowed this once to cover and get out of the way? just a thought and open to opinions. i just would hate to see SPNG get to the next level and have to fight the same battle. Lafferty is there for a reason, perhaps we need to be friends with the brokerages...i may be way off base.
