at this point it is a curiosity to me how these "situations" happen to be , in my opinion there are "things" that occur that if you or I did we would be "chargeable" but not mm's or the traders or the hedge funds , this should not be a listed "ticker" but it is and it's allowed to trade , is that more sec "overlooked" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
