The point, cat, is that they (including kaitrade) are paying the bills somehow without having to sell more shares to market.

Nearly 5 mos without diluting shares...where is the money coming from?????

Please help me with your dilution logic and the 50% amount. Do you have some sources to support your position? IMO, KaiTrade is a business arrangement to to implement Spooz's agreements. IMO, it is a transfer of salaries from Spooz to KaiTrade which may be a more efficient method of implementation and a benefit to Spooz shareholders. Spooz has not diluted though the issue of shares during this period to the best of my knowledge. If you have a different set of facts, please share them. All just my opinions, please do your own DD.
